I miss the ammo, I miss the heat guage management, I miss how good it felt to pull off a proper wildfire window... I miss it man :c
    Fellow Stocklhomer.

    I see you.

Speaking personally, I don't think it needs a rework, it just needs some of the flavor injected back into it, like what PVP did.

    1. Scattergun hitting multiple times and (originally) pushing wildfire past its intended limit was a good interaction. The "Multiple hit" weaponskill aesthetic is pretty cool, and we don't get enough "Multiple hit" skills. Incoporating this into the hypercharge window makes it more entertaining and gives wildfire a needed boost.

Heatblast / Autocrossbow: Adds 1 stack of Flechette each use, lasting up to 5 seconds and stacking up to 5 times.

Scattergun: Consumes Flechette to deal an additional attack at reduced potency.

    2. Wildfire - Just make it aoe already.

    3. Flamethrower is one of those skills where I'll want something different done with it depending on the day you ask me.

A basic fix: AoE Air Anchor.

    4. Reassemble - Part of the reason I'm such a fan of the PVP design of Machinist is that Reassemble gives different effects to the different tools it's used with. I would like to see this come back to PVE in some way, though it's a bit more difficult to do so, and I've nothing to spitball currently, other than a basic theme.

    Single Target tools: Big burst
AoE Target tools: A personal buff/debuff for the Machinist.
