Sir, there is a lot of old milk curdled into a solid form, we can replace it with another kind.

:| Last time I said that, I got told "it's not the same, it'll ruin the taste"! So I'll stick to what the recipe says. If it's for the creamy\gooey texture, then yeah we can. But if it's there for flavour, then I'll stick to what the recipe wants it to taste like.

Even if it's smelly feet x_x
