I feel like the "white knight" label gets thrown as soon as anyone says they like any part of the game. In a discussion on the story I might get labelled a white knight, but here I am quite frustrated with other aspects of the game. People have to be able to give positive feedback as well as negative.

You do have to admit that the reason the term white knight gets throw around so much is exactly because there are a lot of people willing to ignore issues in the game and decry anyone who dares to bring up issues with said game. The amount of Stockholm syndrome in the modern MMO is disconcerting to say the least, though FOMO games are a prime target for this particular issue. You want the term to go away?
