Except that the harsh check was a balance issue, and lowering the HP of Heph doesn't change that it still exists. Please do educate yourself on the matterWhat a great argument, almost like it was because of the really harsh DPS check not because the job balanced really changed. And if you want to call a bad dps check a Balance issue then they solved it lol.
Seriously, we all know some jobs are struggling to perform as well as others but right now people are acting as if it's such a big deal like playing red mage is completely unplayable despite the fact that people are playing RDM more then BLM right now lol. I get it it's not perfect but I really am getting tired of people spreading this mentality that if a job isn't top performing it's unplayable and you'll be forced into another job.

Educate yourself first, they literally said they over tuned it (meaning that it wasn't balanced well for every job, even not well balanced for "meta comps"). Sure you might dislike that they're not buffing jobs instead but it's pretty clear they didn't want the check to be that harsh.
Technically it does change balance because more comps can clear it (without gear), People aren't forcing you to go a different job generally now that the check isn't that bad. So I'm pretty sure it does change balance, while it doesn't address the deeper issue, it does mean you're free to pick any job you want, which means, that every job is viable.
Almost like I said there was a Balance "issue" before 6.2 (before the dps check even existed!), but go on keep avoiding my points and just cherry picking stuff I say.
