Technically you did come marching into their homeland at the front of an army.

And it has to be remembered, we're the iLevel-ridiculous WoL.
The NPCs at issue are about as much of a threat to us as two-year old children, maybe even less.
So there's no need, little to gain, and much lasting harm that can come from going "full Vegeta / Ainz Ooal Gown" on them.
Better is to simply patiently endure their tirades and ineffective attacks until they realize the futility of them.
