New Emotes you would like to see?

...what, I'm not joking. We can unlock jobs all we want, so "our mains" wouldn't be missing out, and it'd even give roleplayers something cooler to use.

Think of MCHs with a water gun. ASTs doing fortune telling. Dragoons pole dancing. Dancers doing the dancing minigame from KHBBS (they already have button inputs in their skills anyway). Arcanist jobs interacting with their pets...

They have job emotes in XI. You could pull off some fairly amusing things by chaining them together rapidly with a macro because they had various visual effects that persisted for a few seconds.

I’m disappointed that with all the good ideas here we constantly get more <eat food item> emotes. Pretty sure I have 5 or 6 different ones now and they aren’t very different from one another. I’ll add some ideas later but I would love to see some of the existing emotes be changed to loop

That finger-twiddling thing never fails to make me think of Sayori from DDLC, and I don't know how I feel about that

Technically we already have Job emotes in a manner of speaking, in the form of /battlestance and /victorypose which are Job specific (DRK's /vpose for instance is literally Cloud's victory pose from FFVII).

Something like FFXI's Job emotes would probably be more suited here to fireworks or fashion accessories rather than an emote given how many of them had visual effects that were rather large (NIN and that giant frog anyone? lol ), and thus as a fashion accessory it would allow better interaction and be persistant rather than disappearing after a few seconds. But more is definetely better!
