The 6.2 updated portrait and adventurer plate system is terrible

Yeah beta version was so much ebtetr in so many ways, this was a clear downgrade.

I like the portraits for each gearsets but I don't like that we can't assign portraits to the adventurer plate anymore.

I'd love an option to be able to map the instant portrait onto the adventurer plate as a selectable.

Adventurer plates should be able to import from portraits, and portraits should always reflect your current gear/glamour, instead of now where it just resets to default when any part of your set is a slight mismatch.

Yeah I'm still hoping come 6.25 they bring back the option to apply saved portraits into adventurer plates

They should have just waited to implement these features to make sure they worked without odd limitations. Replacing issues that we had in beta with another set of issues doesn't make the thing "fixed".

Here's what I think, and I mentioned it in another thread:

Give me the option to have one single portrait that automatically changes for whatever class/gear I am wearing... and keep all options we have right now as well.
I don't want anything removed, I just want more options.

Why can't I assign a portrait from my set of portraits directly to my adventure plate? It's not fun having to memorize my portrait's settings and then trying to pause the emote at that exact specific frame so I can recreate it on my plate.

With how disfunctional the new system is, I am not even going to touch the portrait i have on my adventurer plate. I made it before the update and I guess it's just going to stay that way for the forseeable future.
