to be fair when people complain about rank system being unfair or broken or cheat. Is there any better rank system you have see in any game or real life with team lol?

Fails how? Its not perfect and you get some bad matchmaking sometimes but you can still climb. I'm literally steamrolling people in the gold ranks. If you're good you'll climb eventually.

My simple point was that it used to be an instant queue, then 10s, 20s, 30s, etc.

Time goes up as fewer folks bother playing. The mode is dying out faster than Season 2 and far faster than Season 1.

That happens because no one wants to play after hitting Diamond with a rare exception.

The squish of Unranked-Plat tries to disguise things, but the math doesn't lie.

I mean, I've reached crystal both in season 1 and season 2. I'm taking season 3 pretty casually and I blew through bronze and silver. Took me maybe an hour to reach gold 2. If I played the amount I played in season 1 I'd probably be crystal already. If you're playing a lot of matches and not getting out of gold or plat then the problem is you. You're gonna get some streaks of bad matches and that's frustrating, but if you're actually good you'll climb.

I dunno how it is over on the crystal data center, but on aether the queues are still instant.

If the problem were me, I wouldn't be able to streak to promotion multiple times in gold. It is a well-established fact that this isn't a skill-based mode. It is complete luck. You haven't claimed to be out of platinum proving my point. You won't get anywhere near it until the RNG allows it.

When you are the only gold with four bronze against a full 4xPlat+1Gold on the enemy side, it is over. All they do is focus you, the sole gold on your bronze-laden team, down.

Viola! Instant win for them because the rest of your team is shark bait.

Claiming "Skill" in a mode where you cannot make pre-made teams is a wonderful strawman. Too bad most of the player base knows this BS is a false flag operation. Show me the full bronze team you carried in your upcoming plat promotion match, and we'll talk about your amazing legendary skills then.
