    Amazing pun aside, I'd definitely place Raubahn third. Vrtra 1st obviously, then Hien, but Raubahn is no slouch.

    If I recall correctly it was even mentioned by the writers that Raubahn is a match for a level 50ish WoL, which makes him the only leader whose level is ever sort of clarified.

    Whether he could overpower the WoL or not, I wouldn't want to pick a fight with the guy. He's really intimidating.

    When he flips and starts smashing pillars into bits in the Royal Chambers is still one of my favourite cutscenes.

    He was no pushover when We fought him in HW that's for sure.
