That would be me since I also have a mender right there. The one big thing I'd want for housing, aside from that, would be having a glamour dresser available to place.

Of all the games I've played, FFXIV has the most limited housing both in terms of availability and design freedom.
Yeah, it's really good, if you are willing to spend hundreds of dollars worth of premium currency on your house (or houses), decor, lootboxes, your paid subscription, etc. Unless that has changed since I last played.
