Considering how she started in life, it's not that shocking to see her trying to be a wannabe Rowena. lolShe's not evil. She's just obsessed with wealth like so many other natives of Ul'dah. That's been obvious since the Four Lords. Until that point, her concern about the Scion's need for money to fund operations seemed reasonable. On the other hand, her efforts seem to be focused on making certain the Scions stay well funded (and independent of outside money unlike ARR and post-ARR) as opposed to some sort of personal power scheme. We'll have to see how it plays out in the future.
Island Sanctuary is one of the few times I've gotten mildly annoyed with SE's marketing of new content. Turns out it's not that relaxing place our character can go to when we need a break, We're merely getting the chance to manage Tataru's remote mammet sweatshop. I don't mind it as content but I feel the theme was misrepresented.

I really can't figure out what people like about this content. You walk to a node and right click it.
There is nothing else, its all there is to the Island. Right click resources, right click animals, right click plants.
Once you build everything theres really nothing to see or do. Nor is there a reason to visit somoene elses completely identical island.
For those who have had houses for a while, housing is actually pretty boring. Not much to do with it, while Island Sanctuary has a few things people have wanted for housing that makes it more interesting and fun. Plus the fact that you can actually queue up for a duty, and exit INSIDE the place helps. A lot of people would probably use their houses more if they could queue up for a duty and leave the duty to find themselves back in their own houses.I really can't figure out what people like about this content. You're not really making a case for Island Sanctuary being fun if your only example of good content in it is "the ability to queue for other, unrelated content"For those who have had houses for a while, housing is actually pretty boring. I'm a bit weird, because I actually find visual progression fun. I really enjoyed seeing my IS slowly expand over time. I personally am not trying to make a case for it being fun, but it is very rewarding content for the time being, if you are interested in certain kinds of glamour, mounts, and the like. Hopefully they add more, and make it more customizable with more things to do in general!

I spend more time at my own house than I do my fc house. For those who have had houses for a while, housing is actually pretty boring. Yeah no. I have a house to and my FC has a workshop I use. You can farm at your house and make actual money and idling in a furnished house that doesn't kick you for AFK beats the island.

Do both, add new wards and enable demolition.
Why don't you move servers? New EU servers are in the same datacenter, it wouldn't be that much of a hassle if you really want a house
They could pull a TARDIS and let it be "bigger on the inside", lol I don't think most people wouldn't be against this, its already instanced anyway. This won't work. Since the house size is determined by the size plot. Plot sizes are fixed to the map size. To expand these plots to accommodate for a large home, would mean the map would have to change drastically. They would have to expand the whole map size and redo the maps for each ward. That's a lot of work I don't think they are willing to do without looking at more sensible solutions first.
