Im fairly sure if they did so, it'd not be as strict as bns where you need /7/ people to stun the boss at once or it wont work, sometimes you just dont have the comp that can provide it.
I still wish CC had a place in boss design, because it's sitting as a single trash mob mitigation at best and off the hotbar at worst.

Holy shit I miss BnS. Everything was just chefs kiss.

Moving on, I wish there was something like that but on a smaller scale. Really hoping CCs get expanded upon/used in Criterion Dungeons. Maybe something like a big mob who does a ton of damage, so your group would have to kill it as fast as possible while coordinating chain CCs.

There was actually a mechanic like that in Levi EX. You had to chain stun and kill a mob before he cast a spell that would hysteria everyone.

People don't even manage to kick/interrupt the Chimeras/Eye adds at first Boss/Xande Clone in WoD and the Chimeras in Rabanaste, so I'd rather not see such a thing in current content given how reliable the players are.

they used to be pretty prevalent in ARR and HW. SB and onward CC is barely used.

Just so you know, a mob in a gaming context is a single enemy, not a group of enemies.

I realise this but I greatly dislike it.
