People don't even manage to kick/interrupt the Chimeras/Eye adds at first Boss/Xande Clone in WoD and the Chimeras in Rabanaste, so I'd rather not see such a thing in current content given how reliable the players are.

Its more about some skills having 0 uses on any boss fights. Leg sweep is only decent in things like Bozja.
Even garbage like Anatman can have some fringe use cases in endgame fights, leg sweep hasnt been relevant in like half a decade. Instead of pruning everything left and right they could give them some use somewhere. Hopefully Criterion does that.
The skill can be nice.
It stuns enemy for a few seconds. That can be enough to reduce the own dmg for one/two Hits. To go behinde the enemy for a positional finisher.
Or, have the time to interact with something. And, it can help in raids by a few enemy, if the Player know, that this is a Option (never knowed, that you can block the chimera with this).
Point still stands Leg sweep is useless as it stands, I can just use another OGCD instead in pulls and boss fights, only situation where it is ratably usable is during pull that has larger "MOB" that needs taken down before the rest due to its damage output and I'd still use a damaging OGCD instead. Feint is the only usable CC on some bosses but, is GCD, so either we need usable CC or none at all. Are we just fulling 3 hot bars just to fill them?
I'd like to see bosses have casts that need to be interupted, would make me feel more useful as ranged phys
especially if there's times where the tank can't interupt it too
Stuns could be incorporated with adds that need to be stunned i suppose
That's because people are not used to using stuns/interrupts/slows/blind/etc in fights because they literally have 0 effect, on top of that players have been conditioned to think that these skills have no use because most if not all encounters does no need the use of these abilities, because they can simply tank the incoming ability.
I do like the idea of being able to interrupt/stun/blind/slow the boss as it allows different job roles to be more impactful in the fight.
Same shit applies to Leg Graze and Foot Graze (maybe Head Graze too, as a ranged DPS I wish I could use it more often).
