When the SAMURAI looks more like a red mage than the actual red mage...
At the very least, they should stop using paladin, monk, black and white mage as the "be all end all" templates

The moment I put a gear piece into the glamour dresser it should lose all job restrictions, period. Glamour is the real endgame, let me wear whatever I want!![]()
Professional lurker.
The only things I would want to keep restricted are job specific sets. Beyond that I really wouldn't care. It'd be nice to allow this through the glamour dresser though, for sure. I like that idea.
That is extremely annoying. Of course, we have technical limitations right now, but on the field of ideas, it makes zero sense to lock the same model of item. That's even beyond the "Tanks should wear plate, yada yada" arguments. What feels the most frustrating is when a piece has variations for multiple class, but they are different enough that they can make or break style. Often because of a colour pattern that can't be replicated with dies.
I'm not over how much better the Serge Gambison of Aiming would look on my RDM, compared to its Casting equivalent. RDM is a job I think would look good in gears from physical dps classes in general.
I LOVE Zadnor's Maiming chestpiece, but I don't really play a Maiming job. However tank shares the model... except for them the part that is undyable (Black, on the maiming) looks like an ugly beige that resembles a dish rag that has seen better days.
Yes. Let me disguise myself as a dragoon when I am in fact a warrior. This will have absolutely no consequences in PvP.
Role glamour restrictions abolitionist! For more details and to help us spread the message:

I've added this point to the main post - it's really annoying how sometimes the better version of a specific piece is given to another role and there's nothing you can do about it. This is especially frustrating with undyeable gear.
It's a good thing a WAR can't wear the Shisui Maiming set as glamour because I'd have absolutely no idea what job that person would be playing. There might be giant letters above that character that read "WARRIOR" but who knows what that actually means. At least when the enemy WAR is wearing the easter bunny suit, it's immediately clear to me that that player is a WAR and not literally any other job since everyone can wear the easter bunny suit.
