I think you misunderstood. I mentioned Fae weapons as an example of a weapon they should get. Newer jobs don't need old weapons like Garuda or Sophia weapons that were released more than 5 years ago and already got crafted versions. The bare minimum is for them to get weapons in a weapon set that is released at the same time or after the jobs were released.

I wonder what content they should cut to make the stuff people here want? Or are people saying Square should have more crunch periods? Outsourcing might be a solution but synchronizing with external company could lead to bloated management. Also QA would become even harder than it already probably is.

LMAO if they have to cut content to add in two new models of weapons then they probably have bigger problems to address. Also they likely outsource/pass stuff like the reskins/mog station/ect all the time, stuff like that is likely never actually handled by their A or even B team.
