Hate to burst bubbles but that's the Half-Timbered Wall skin with welcome sign, windows and door removed. The trees and other flora are wrong for the current island as well.

I get the feeling that's not a true datamined image but someone's mockup of what instanced housing could look like created through using art assets from Mist and other parts of La Noscea.
