More dev communication on the forums on balance changes and other feedback would be really appreciated. There seems to be a growing distrust on job balance on the forums.

While the recent change was nice, the main feedback on MCH hasn't been talked about at all. Surely they can see the amount of jobs that clear savage/ultimate content compared to MCH.

For me I would like changes such as:
Flamethrower becoming an AoE focused battery spender and uses those Flamethrower robots from Alexander raids instead. AoE is one of the job's weakest points so other changes may be needed.
More utility would be nice if they don't want to increase MCH damage too much. MCH's dps isn't good enough to make up for the lack of utility at the moment.
Make hypercharge use 5 stacks instead of on a timer to help resolve ping issues.
Give Drill more use such as DoT or a debuff to help boost damage. Air anchor and chainsaw give battery, bioblaster is an AoE DoT so why not give Drill something as well?
