There's nothing to prevent a workshop from being attached to apartments if SE wants all players to get access.

And speaking of onions, it would be interesting to see how many of those players who got a house in the early stages of the lottery and said they were going to start growing onions are still doing it.

Most people don't cause the lengthy process with, what like 3 cycles before you have a chance of getting the seeds?

I have a tenant who is a friend and FC mate of mine, growing stuff in the garden (I gave him the basement and the yard to play with) I should ask him if he has any intentions of growing any onions. To the best of my knowledge though, he seemed more interested in growing stuff that would help with his omni-crafting.

There are a few items. Broombush, Blood Pepper, Glazenuts Royal Fern are the more popular ones in addition to Jute when it comes to items needed for crafting. Halone Gerbera, Azeyma Rose, Nymeia Lily, Umbrella Fig, and the Mandragora seeds (the actual seeds) have very limited use in crafting so generally aren't grown unless being used for crossbreeding to get other seeds.

Rather them bring submarine to island sanctuary. Housing is dead end content and the developers need to stop making them.

It reads like a bad translation. When they actually release that information in detail that I can read without use of translators, I'll believe it when I read it.

If this is a thing - everyone talking about crashing the market - it could be a thing maybe similar to Island Sanc. currency that you can only buy items specific to you. There is always that possibility. I mean look at the huge blowup of shit posts about the 'apology' pictures and predicting the absolute worst outcome for them, but was proven to be the complete opposite of the doomsayers. SE still has that capability of surprising everyone.

Do you really expect them to make a brand new feature for personal house owners rather than just port/copy the workshop feature? I doubt it. It will be the same feature with perhaps a restriction or two.
Similarly how personal housing and FC housing practically is the same thing.
