The new abyssos armor is an eye sore

It makes people happy and I don’t want that taken from them, but that giant ring just feels like too much.

Concerning day 3. I don’t see it dying down until the next patch. It’s simply the current end game armor outside of token, but I hope I am wrong.

I am looking forward to seeing the savage sets, maybe the rings will be a different color.

I would also like the option for non-glowing versions of these sets. I like the designs but I'm never going to use them with that constant motion.

"Dyeable but non-glowing" for the normal raids and "glowing" for savage feels like it would have been the most logical way to divide up options for the design in the long run, even if it's not the best way to make the glowing designs available to the most people.

Personal feelings on gear and particle effects aside, those glowing hula hoops look goofy as hell.

its a problem yes. on one hand its hands down the best looking armor set in game to date. but then when like 60%-100% of the people you see wear it in the same place it do looks strange and bad. i think they need to let people torn it down on others.

It's a matter of having two versions, where one doesn't have the effects. Personally, I find some of those sets could look nice without the effects so it's a shame they don't exist in a version without. But from the point of view of someone who hates looking at them such as OP, having them savage-only would make them more rare so you don't get to see them as much.

I was sure dyeable and glowing were both going to be locked behind Savage, so was quite surprised when both versions turned out to have the (fairly obnoxious, if you ask me) particles. I hope they don't go overboard with that kind of thing in the future, I've been quite happy with the amount of non-glowing equipment in this game compared to some others...
