has anybody figured out the best way to maintain joy in the animals?

Do I need to feed them with tier 2 and tier 3 food CONSTANTLY, or just once per day?

20 animals, 40 crops per day?

Takes 2 days to grow things, so I'd need 80 spaces worth of crops?

Best food for 20 animals: At 3 food per craft, that's 14 x 2 veggies needed total to make 21 Premium Island Greenfood. You get 5 veggies yielded per crop, so 6 crops are required total per day. At rank 7 you have 20 crops available. As far as the optimal feeding rotation to keep them max happy I'm not sure.

BTW, don't be like me and spend all your blue tokens on the mammet minion for the lulz. Those need to be saved for expansions.

I've only been playing this for half an hour, but I just needed to tell someone that I love this content so, so much!! The music, the title cards, the dialogue, the gameplay! It's amazing and I love it, thank you so, so much for making this for us!

I love it, it's very relaxing; i'm trying to take my time with it because i know this is just supposed to be the introduction, and there's more content to be added to it in the future.

Surprised that everybody seems to like it... I probably played about a couple of hours and don't see myself continuing much longer...

It was a conveniently mindless and easy to interrupt activity I could do while trying to sort out a missing delivery yesterday.

Once I have my island maxed out (at least until the next content update) I only see myself visiting once or twice a week if there are cosmetics I decide I want. Or I'll visit if I've got another occasion to want mindless activity that can be easily interrupted.

It serves the intended purpose - something low stress to do when you need a break.

Bit of a minor thing, but it'd be nice if the orchestrion didn't reset when you leave/log out, or at least let you save a playlist like normal. It also still says "play in Estate" when selecting a song which probably wasn't intended.

I agree here. Also would be nice if it had a bigger range. As it is right now, you can't even hear your selected track through all of your settlement.

Finally got back on the game tonight, I must be in a good mood lately, but I find it fairly enjoyable so far, for what it is. Also, I love the Island Explorer boots. The gloves can probably go well with certain themed glams too! Like machinist. Hat doesn't work. I like how they made pants AND shorts available. The minion will be mine, but first thing for me will be the hair.

Yes, I really am just in it for the rewards.

So each individual plot is only 1 vegetable? Seriously? That's ridiculous considering how long they take to grow.

Juuuust in case you may have missed the warnings, you may not want to jump right into buying the glam/minions/etc right away as those same points are used to expand your island in the next several levels.

I haven't done the math personally, but the cowrie grind could be potentially harder without those first couple of upgrades (which also help you bring in cowries..)
