It's pretty common knowledge that JP is exclusive and does not mesh well with the community that speaks English. We do stuff differently than they do and there's also the automatic assumption that everyone has the "Western mindset" (entitled, spoiled, hard to talk to, etc.). It's not racist though and I highly encourage you to look up the definition for the future.

Pretty much, if you're going to speak English and play on JP, learn and stick to their rules like glue. You're in someone else's house now.
