Wow, awesome, for me... Will get it!
Also the thread title really threw me for a loop lol. I was thinking "SE added what now.....?!?!"

Locking rewards with cool unique aesthetic behind extra effort was always a bad bad idea so I too must thank our beloved producer for this decision.

Isn't it only alexander where the Normal/Savage are different? Along with being dyable.

I do wish they would stop being so formulaic with everything. Endwalker has had some great additions, but content is so predictable in this game.

Letter from the Producer LIVE Part IX Q&A Summary (10/30/2013)
Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.
That's unfortunate. Heaven forbid savage rewards are unique and cool looking.

I was not expecting the normal mode sets to glow, but I'm certainly not complaining.
Thanks Square for making this armor available for everyone, so by a few weeks, no one will wear it anymore![]()

Having seen many free to all / so easy nearly all have it gear worn frequently I feel this doesn't track at all. People will wear what they think looks good, I feel the amount of players wearing it simply because others can't is quite a fraction of the normal glamour "enjoyers".
