You don't need to unlock other content. It's not a requirement. It's OPTIONAL CONTENT. That is far from ilevel cheese.

Edit: It's kind of funny cause if you buy a level skip the only raids that are unlocked are the CT ones. If SE thought it was important they'd unlock the other raids and actually that would be nice if they did but they don't cause unlocking the Void series and the Invalice series is a pita.

If I choose not to unlock it on an alt that is my choice and it is not ilvl cheesing. There is nothing wrong with not unlocking optional content. Sorry but you don't make the rules and you're not the litmus test for morality here. You have a problem with SE's decisions about optional content take it up with them and stop trying to assign blame.

It 100% is because you are biasing what’s supposed to be an even roulette in your favour to the detriment of others, it is literally no different than ilvl cheesing

Tell me are we supposed to unlock all the raids for each xpac before we can run raid roulette too? How about all the optional dungeons for leveling roulette? What about running all guildheists for guildheist roulette? Can we get your list of what the good person is supposed to do cause I need a check sheet to be sure I follow your standards of what I'm supposed to do in a game when it comes to optional content.

Yes I do expect you to unlock the omega raids at 70, unlock the optional level 50 dungeons at level 50, it’s literally that basic, 99% of them don’t even need you to complete the instance to unlock them
