I'm weird like this but I have to say it,.your garb reminds me of a red velvet cake! This is my most 'non-robe' healer glam and yet even with the plate like walking sounds (maybe the Bonewicca Soother boots?), it is still pretty robe like. I remember having a pretty nice actual plate looking armor on WHM in Ffxi to use dual wielding clubs lol ^^
Mortal Fist

Haha tis true it does look like a pretty yummy dessert![]()

At least two of those are recolors of the same gear set, so not sure they should count as different sets.okay

It's a really lovely glam but I would still sort this garment into the "robe" group, personally. Because of it's silhouette which is what most people will notice from a distance. It obscures too much of every other gearset slot so it's kinda inflexible. Even though I think it's a really beautiful design - I can't get excited about using it for glam because it makes shoes/legs/most gloves pointless and narrower options for variation.
Also I play viera so I can't even use most hats so even less variation! -_- A blm with no hat is just a sad magician in a black bin bag.

Oh I agree Ogru, even with plate like chest it is still mostly a robeon the plus side, though, I'm a viera now too and I believe she can still wear that helm ^^ (either Bonewicca or Manuyasa (sp) - the pictued is Bonewicca in pearl white if I remember correctly.

Hopefully some future sets can split the robe designs as skirts into the leg slot - like those cargo pants that unzip at the knee. So it can maintain an overall robe/long garment aesthetic but we're not trapped hahahaOh I agree Ogru, even with plate like chest it is still mostly a robeon the plus side, though, I'm a viera now too and I believe she can still wear that helm ^^ (either Bonewicca or Manuyasa (sp) - the pictued is Bonewicca in pearl white if I remember correctly.
Good to know about that headpiece tho! It was just on the threshold between hat and mask that I wasn't sure and then I remembered the Matoya's hat I have rotting in my dresser XD I'm really glad the new sets all at least seem to have head pieces everyone can wear.

My prayers have been answered. 2 of the three sets have tops that are separate from the dress part. The only one that is one piece is the crafted set.
I hope this trend continues forward.
