I mean as a level 15 sprout this is literally a minion based on the emperor of a nation you'd know as a nothing more than an enemy. Would probably be more awkward than spoilery to someone who does not know.

Them using his name on the minion is a little odd given that they've omitted it from the minions of other potentially spoilerish characters.

He's called "クロックワーク ソル" which is "Clockwork Sol". I think that's spoiler safe.

It's all about the labelling. There's nothing inherently spoilery about the fact that Garlemald has an Emperor Solus and that this is a model of how he looked as a young man. There's already a portrait to the same effect.

It only gets hazy in conbination with other spoilers or talk from the fandom.
