thank you, looking that up on english wouldve been a pain lol
Yes bc there never was anyone complaining about his ban and suddenly going silent.. just as there've been crash reports with mods etc listened lol

Nothing in the TOS says you can’t transfer an FC house for an insane amount of gils. All the TOS say is that you can’t purchase a plot with the intent to resell it. An FC may want to change servers and take that opportunity to make some good gils and it is totally legitimate. The same goes for buying vendor gear for a few hundred gils and reselling it 30k
As for buying a plot with the intent to sell it, there are ways to find out by looking at the comportment and account activity. It can time consuming though and certainly not a priority.
Also, even if the TOS would say you can’t transfer a house for gils, it would’t be “illegal”. It would merely be a breach of a contractual provision between you and SE not something forbidden by law.

I beg to differ:Nothing in the TOS says you can’t transfer an FC house for an insane amount of gils. All the TOS say is that you can’t purchase a plot with the intent to resell it. 2.2 Real Money Trading, Farming and Power-Leveling. You may not sell, purchase or exchange for real-world money or value any in-game currency, accounts, characters, in-game services, or in-game virtual items.

Yes not a 'law breaking' offense of course, but they've outlined it in the TOS. Not to mention, they have a clause that lets them basically enforce it how they want. Selling houses for these astronomical amounts were addressed like 5-6 years ago?
How is that paragraph relevant to selling a house for gil? An in-game virtual item being sold for in-game currency.I beg to differ:

You could sell the house for more cash than the gil surely.
Gil is easy to come by, a house is not. If someone is selling a house for gil they probably plan to actually use the gil.

How are you sure that they are gil trading? You even put their game info on here which I suggest you remove.
You cannot accuse something serious like that if you have no solid proof. And discord communication exchange should not be basis for any bans. That's ridiculous.
It's pretty vague and up to discussion if housing is included in that list.I beg to differ:

Except SE now reserves that right to use game-related communications on third party sites, like streams, as evidence for ToS violations when what is shown on the third party site corresponds with activity on the game servers. Look at what's now happening with streamers who have been using the third party mods on stream.
So if someone posts a specific house for sale on a Discord, that house changes hands shortly after and there is unusual gil activity on the account of the previous house owner or the new house owner for roughly the same as or greater than the request sale price, sorry but that supports the Discord communication sufficiently for it to be evidence. The amount of gil involved in these transactions is far and above what would be appropriate for normal game activity.
It's not vague at all. A house or house plot is an in-game virtual item.
Seriously people, let's not pretend any sort of RMT is okay
Not really. Housing is clearly an "in-game virtual item" so you must not "sell, purchase or exchange for real-world money or value".
That's quite clear.
You can however sell it for gil, as long as you are not buying the plot for speculation, that rule is described elsewhere.
