Should Ukrainians get a free/lowered Sub?

I have no problems with either implementing or not implementing this. My question is....how much difference do any of you honestly think this is going to make for people who are probably thinking more about food, clothing and a roof over their heads?

For some people FFXIV is their life, and their character is them. You'd be surprised. Aside from that, this game is a form of escapism.

This is not an opinion in specific regards to this thread, but in general.

In all seriousness, if you're in the middle of a warzone, and your life is centered around FFXIV (or really any game), then you probably need to analyze your priorities.

honestly if the sub is too high that take several days of workpay....

idk....i would reconsider my things....and playing a game would be probably in the last spot

It's definitely true. I know of people where this game is their entire social life, and checking some people's FFXIV twitters (main twitters) shows this. A lot of the afkers aren't even actually afk, just being social or trying to be the whole time. Some of the stuff I've read of people's personal accounts playing this game is something else.

none. But those aren't the people who will take advantage of a reduced price.

Other countries have been affected by natural disasters (Including Japan itself) while others have suffered wars for years without getting much support. I don't see why Ukrainians should be any special.

I didn't pay exorbitant shipping from France to Sweden for the last blu-ray I ordered o.o

Maybe it got better, I recall years ago shipping was like 40 euros.
