Should Ukrainians get a free/lowered Sub?

I have no problems with either implementing or not implementing this. My question is....how much difference do any of you honestly think this is going to make for people who are probably thinking more about food, clothing and a roof over their heads?

For some people FFXIV is their life, and their character is them. You'd be surprised. Aside from that, this game is a form of escapism.

This is not an opinion in specific regards to this thread, but in general.

In all seriousness, if you're in the middle of a warzone, and your life is centered around FFXIV (or really any game), then you probably need to analyze your priorities.

It's definitely true. I know of people where this game is their entire social life, and checking some people's FFXIV twitters (main twitters) shows this. A lot of the afkers aren't even actually afk, just being social or trying to be the whole time. Some of the stuff I've read of people's personal accounts playing this game is something else.
