Not having ever done the free trial, I have no idea how much authentication info is required to get one.

AFAIK they don't limit accounts via IP, you can make as many as you'd like

I am asking the in-game moderation team for FF14 NA Servers to help us clean up our streets.

I don't think they ever read the forums, so all this becomes is an excuse for the OF members to say things to you.

What I will say is simple: Did you report them for harassment in game? That's the proper channel.

What I will advise is even simpler. After you report them "void list" them. Now while you likely don't want to run the add-on of the same name that makes people vanish you can do that yourself by pretending they don't exist. Don't give them feedback, ignore them, sit there anyway.

Sometimes this community really isn't too ...smart.

Someone who is clearly not mentally stable creates a literal army of alts to harass a group of players minding their own business and people go surprise pikachu face when it escalates into something worse. The fact that the majority of people are defending the multiboxer because "being a dick is fine if it loopholes the ToS" is rather disturbing, especially when those same people would fully defend banning someone over using a harmless addon or mentioning performance in DF.

Multiboxer 100% deserved a ban from the start. It's not even a question. It was purely intentional for the purpose of griefing.
