    Yeah, it is like swimming, and not getting wet. How can you have one without the other? They are directly correlated.

    Job design dictates game-play. Imo, just my opinion.....every job sounds good in theory, but the execution is terrible.

    Never understood the "NO MORE JOB" crowd....I am starting to see their point hahaha.
