Well, if you live in a server that's booming with people, then your odds of actually getting a house for yourself is gonna be really slim. Will you bite the bullet and go for a less populated server but with a higher chance for a house? Or will you stay where you are and at least be able to enjoy whatever content there is from raiding to even bloody Mahjong.
