Mostly expected and continues the idea they might have gone super conservative implementation (a style I've come to expect, though sometimes I wish they'd push themselves away from like how BLU launched chained up even though it was meant to be wild), obviously we're in the thick fog right now... but I feel fairly confident now on my pre-feedback of considering not to carry that style on. It's good not to go as crazy into it as WoW did were it destroyed the economy, but certainly the Island having a strong existence.. I feel that would be nice.

More feedback when we do touch it lol. I mean I am looking forward to the homestead nature and didn't expect it to be housing out of the gate or any time soon, but I do hope they are not hyper focused on painting themselves into a strict corner. Might even try to balance it on some other system, if need be, like exporting certain items costs leve tokens.

It never truly recovered from the stigma, especially not after they left it to rot for ten months even with a sizably good update. Which therein lies the issue with them playing it safe. They take far too long to update content and people and people lose interest.

BLU isn't doomed. It should be understood at this point that it's going to be kept a tier behind normal adventuring. The last update put it in a good place with all the roles feeling complete. I'm usually not one to doom prophets. But yes, the class is doomed. If it's always going to be an entire expansion and then some behind with standard content then it's dead on arrival for the most part. The number of people that consume this content, for this reason, is very small compared to if they were to actually do something with it. Even then, of the best things, they could have done with this class, e.g., deep dungeon, or eureka. They have done absolutely neither, and the design of BLU would have made it perfectly suitable for deep dungeons.

No. It's about giving the class a little broader usage/purpose than what it currently offers, which if I am to be honest is pretty limited as is. As a class that was heavily centered around solo-play, it absolutely does belong in areas of the game where solo play is encouraged. It's not about cheesing the game. It's about giving the class a lot more meaning than what is already present, which need I might add is fairly limited as is.
