    Personally, I would believe the best option is to keep everything as it is, only give it the chance to stun outside of the combo. To me, that would justify the 3k tp easily. That being said, I am fine with it as it is. As I mentioned before, when you AoE several mobs you do the equavalent damage of multiple WS's, often equavalent to several times the TP used for one RoD.

    Honestly there really isn't anything wrong with it, its usefulness, and its balace as it is.

    i chance to stun outside of combo would be a nice trade off.
