I know it does not make difference but I’m having trouble deciding on my dragoon roe. You have an ideas that make sense?

I'd go with either Rhalgr or Halone; Llymlaen doesn't quite fit in my mind. RP question; has she already started the Dragoon job and gone through canon class quests? If not, is she self-taught and not an "official" dragoon? If the first, Halone's probably the best choice. If the second, Rhalgr may be better. Roegadyn melee fighters really are destruction incarnate...
Also, Blanbryda's GORGEOUS!
Player

Yes she original lived with pirates but prefers to fight with spears and swords. She decides to learn to spear fight in gurdaia and learns there and becomes a dragoon through quest. Plus she also learns dark knight later on.

If she's spent time in Gridania then maybe Nophica might be an alternative? Gridania and Ishgard have ties after all, and taking the faith of the place your character first settled in could make sense. If she's ultimately settling in Ishgard though RP wise then Halone probably is the better choice.

So if my character started becoming a dark knight would that affect halon or Nophica?
If her story began while living with pirates, Llymlaen may actually be the better choice of patron. There's nothing saying she can't pay respect to other gods as well, but it sounds like Llymlaen would be the god she grew up with unless the pirates were exceptionally vicious, which might make Rhalgr the better option.
Off topic; since boarding pikes were such a big thing in crew to crew combat for centuries, I never understood why Lancer didn't start in Limsa.
Aside from RP... does that make any difference in game? Thought as a sprout perhaps resistances are slightly altered but nowadays I would wager it does nothing in terms of stats kupo <3 not sure though *shrug* lol
In before Doc_Seraph edits their post to answer with Good King Moogle Mog.

It's purely decorative now - the only thing it now affects is when you do the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding, it shows the glyph of your chosen guardian along with your partner's on the altar in the Sanctum, but other than that, it's just for RP purposes.
