But I think about those people moan about not getting a new hair option in Endwalker and blame hrothgar players, like you DID, its just a genderlocked cash shop item (Lyse). Woe is you, how will you ever contend having 196 hair options in CC? The devs are clearly conspiring against all the poor...Miqote and Middy players...

I'm feeling somewhat optimistic there will be more hairstyle options for hrothgar players in the future. They just might not come out as soon as a lot of people want them to unfortunately. In particular, I suspect more hairstyles will come out after female hrothgar is released. Maybe the graphics team that is in charge of handling the character customization side of things is more focused on the developmenet of female hrothgar right now? If anyone at all is familiar with the inner workings of game development, I'd really like their opinion on this.
