Game isnt "better for everyone" when you cater to "slightly better than average" bozo player base.
What OP described is an issue yes, its called griefing and purposely "playing bad" to ruin others experience.
Its 180(c) different than attacking anyone who's worse than you.
and oddly enough its always the same type of players doing it, which is "slightly better than average bozos". they're not good enough for proper high end content, so they ask that lowest tier content be upped in difficulty. it happens in every game, its almost funny at this point.
In some games there's a way to have MMR, and see clear difference between players, but in FF you're not even allowed to use damage meters, how on earth do you think they'd even go about segregating player base in lowest difficulty content ( dungeons in this case). Like give me an example, and ill explain to you why its a bad idea.
