Those kinds of players exist everywhere but I don't think there's really ever been a specific term created for them
I mean I am a super casual raider who usually gives up at the first tier since I don't have a static, I feel like I'm more annoyed by the toxic casualism than most. But it's the players who join PF groups well above their understanding of fight mechanics that always kill the current savage prog for me, if you can reach the enrage in a practice or clear group it really doesn't matter how badly you are optimizing your rotation, if you can get that far eventually you clear. You get stuck because you are dragged down by players who keep collecting damage downs, not because the job specific skill ceiling is too high.

EDIT: honestly, if square is serious about lowering the barrier of entry for casuals like me raiding wise? Introduce player-specific checkpoints in PF groups beyond duty completion. Just do not let assholes expecting a carry in phase 2 practice groups unless they've actually reached phase 2 without a single KO. Lowering job difficulty is miles away from where the actual problem is with trying to casual raid.
