When someone uses yelling/ screeching/ screaming, I think of something like tank died and writes "HEALER ???? -.- are u blind??" or a dps ate several aoes and healer goes "OMG stop standing in shit are u dumb??". And those things would get you a one-way ticket to GM jail or even banned.

I think I've seen this behaviour only once and the person got reported, they got really abrasive, capslock warrior, insulted etc., maybe more but that's really the only one I can remember.
The rest was more passive-aggressivenes under the guise of being nice like "you have mitigation in case you didn't know, I'll even give you time to look for those buttons now : )))" but even that is fairly rare. Mostly people just stay quiet or if someone write "sry my bad" they just get a few "np/ no worries/ happens" and that's it. I wouldn't classify things like "you can go faster than at snail's pace, u know?" as yelling and why dramatize and inflate things for more attention if it results in the opposite and just makes people suspicious?
The problem is the community has cultivated the idea that you don't have to heed any advice, either given politely or rudely since your money is paying your sub. It's those people who no matter how nicely you word your advice, you continue to see tanks pop mit at like 20% health, not use mit on big pulls, people holding CDS to use on bosses instead of trash, or players doing single target rotations when there are 10+ mobs around them. Sure people are at different skill gaps. The difference is unless somebody points out to you that something is wrong, you literally have no idea in this game due to not having any comparable feedback. The only way you learn it is by somebody telling you "hey you should do X instead of Y because of Z reason" or them watching a video outside of the game.

The issue is that people do not stop in between pulls so while you are typing out "Hey [person's name] you should try and use at least one form of defensive cooldown at the start of the pull to help me out with healing, it would help me out a lot with healing" your dumb tank has already started pulling mobs or is sprinting into the boss. So often most people will just opt for "Hey tank, please use CDs/Defensives/Mit".
