It's a numbered Final Fantasy, at the end of the day our individual interests and wishes are on the bottom of a very long list, or not at all; and at the top of that list? Final Fantasy 16, 17, 18, etc.

So i hope people feel something about all that money they spend on this game, not knowing whether or not it's being dumped into the game they pay for; or the next 2-3 future Final Fantasy titles.

This right here^^^ when you have a producer who works on 2 games at the same time well as who knows how much of the team..one is gonna suffer and its usely the older one... Same as in real life if you work on two things at once one of them is gonna be worse then the other cause you wiill be more into one over the other

I keep falling back to there are two types of housing people on the forums: One group wants to take things away from people, one group wants to put forward ideas that give it to everyone. You and I are both in the latter. People like Themarvin is in the former.

As long as people keep suggesting to take stuff away, to make it more exclusive, SE will do it, because it's easier for them.

But if everyone's combined voice is "just add it" along with the many ideas that come with that - some good and some bad - then maybe, just maybe, they will listen.

Or maybe I am just the eternal optimist. heh.

This part I have to give SE credit from day 1 of the announcement they have said they were NOT gonna take away from people who followed the rulesand did nothing wrong... far as I know nothings been taken away housing wise..

Now as far as where I stand its the same place as 5 years ago fix the issues stop band aid fixing things... 5+ years this has been going on... all they keep doing is making things worse lol

Splitting the wards into Fc and private... seems like a good idea...in reality bad idea lead to many many many shell fc being made...Id love to know the number of new fc with 4 players who got houses or will get houses..

for the 5,000 time instance is the only way to go...Why not just take away outside deco and say make every house have a door like the apartments...

5. I had hope for 5 for the longest time, then it got sunk, so I am back to rage, rage against the machine, rage against the dying of the light.
2 & 3. Apparently it's somehow linked to the weather cycle, nobody seems to understand how, or why, so it would require quite a bit of rework and investigation to even figure out why. So a gardening plot inside (2) wouldn't be able to cross, even if it could maybe grow seeds like potted plants.
1. Isn't going to happen. With 23 million players there would be more server space for wards then the entire rest of the game, a number of times over.

It really saddens me to see so many people on this forum either making excuses for Square or thinking up new and creative ways to take houses away from other people.

This 'Take it away from them!' attitude has got us:

- An auto-demoliton system where you can lose your house even while you are paying a sub and lose mog-station and seasonal furnishings as well.

- The timer that led to mass-botting and honest players getting carpel-tunnel syndrome

- And now, the lottery where you and probably 200+ other players can all bid against each other to get something that is adveritised as a feature of the game.

None of these things have made the game more enjoyable or given the majority of the player-base access to the housing of their choice.
Imagine that for a moment, the housing of your choice, not just grabbing what you can, where you can but actually being able to choose. It feels like a silly pipe-dream, but it shouldn't. Other games manage it just fine.

Prior to the lottery, it would be extremely rare to find that many players camping the same placard. Generally you'd be looking at 10-20 players for a small, maybe 40-50 for a medium.

Basically, the lottery decreased the chances of getting a plot for those who were willing to put effort into obtaining one while increases the chances for those who didn't want to bother camping so they could do other things instead.

Why in the world would anyone want to garden. Awful lot of time for no -real- payoff.

Is it just because you can't garden that you want to? I'm sure there's tons of FCs out there that'll let you stick an alt in there, or personal shared estate, and garden. I would.

95% of Eorzeans hate gardening myself included. Who wants to do something so damn tedious with very LITTLE UPSIDE. This doesn't even improve your overall gameplay. So many fcs would let you garden for free, is it that hard to ask damn. MMORPG right? I must be playing the wrong mode and not playing with other people.

What the Lotto truly did. Is stop players who were using macro clickers to stand and click plaques anyone remember the guy that lost millions cause the guy stood in from the plaque..hmm why that happen.. Cause he was running a program to auto click the plaque..

I hate band aid fixs but in but this one this made it more fair for people did 100% make it more fair for people.. The only way to make lotto would be unfair is to be able to draw the #0....... OHH wait!!!!!

As for raising the chances or lowering them its to hard to tell with out all the info..How many plots won by auto click programs vs how many won due to player clicked to start..but it as proven 100% at lest one person was using a program to click the plaque...Im have to find that video now on how much he lost..

Edit: the video on it says the guy lost 237million using a program to auto click
