If it is, then it's a strange whisker, on account of being singular. Then again, now that i think about it, maybe it's trying to be a mole? But that would be dumb considering the fur.

I think they were going for a spot, which some cats (primarily tabbies) have on their whiskers.

I'd still be more inclined to believe they just added it because all(?) females, and both Viera, have at least one face with a mole as a facial feature, rather than anything realistic.

Hey, in the absence of actual news on the status of female hrothgar it at least livens up the thread.

Well, that's probably because they are confirmed. Not much left to talk about in here other than arguing in circles over what they should look like. Much like the male viera thread.

Maybe with the approach of 7.0, we will see more people excited for them. Or technically this thread was about adding F Hrothgar as a playable race and now that they have been confirmed people think that this thread has done its job and do not look into it anymore. right now people aren't asking for their inclusion, it's more of a speculation, fan art and general discussion thread about them. This is not a bad thing, maybe someone will make a thread for discussion about them in general and there would be more people talking about it.
