Fair enough, and I don't want to deviate from the thread topic further by going too far into Venat's actions and mindset. I'm not trying to mod, and if the guy is deliberately coming into threads just to word poop in them that is not cool, but still within the forum rules so long as he stays on topic.And again I don't have a problem with people who displeased with Venat's action because in the end, like what I choose on Omega's side quest, "None of them are justified." (Although Venat's action IMO still more reasonable than Hermes and Emet because she don't have choice but to sunder so Etheirys don't become The Dead Ends 3rd world). But come on now, this is the 4th thread that this guy keep bringing up "Why Venat is the most evil creature in this game." on people's post that appreciate EW (or some of it).
Problem is, these guys are part of the same group who get defensive when someone comes into the "Lackluster Story" thread and says anything that goes against the negativity of the thread. The group claims that it's unfair to come in and disrupt their safe space, but of course, the same people will come into positivity threads to say the same things, just with a "positive" spin on it.Fair enough, and I don't want to deviate from the thread topic further by going too far into Venat's actions and mindset. I hope this doesn't sound too harsh but I really enjoyed the moment in Garlemald when the two women died while fleeing and I was really happy because they had really annoyed me not just them but the group and generally the people of Garlemald. If it was possible I would have eliminated all of them I don't understand why they are being helped to become an empire again it's really silly and ridiculous and not realistic at all.
I also liked Zenos a lot at the end but for me they missed the fight, first of all it's a fight you can't lose it's pathetic and insulting I really wanted a big fight against him and also I would have liked him to win but not to finish us off so we both fall down from exhaustion it would have been really cool to see him outdo the main character but well...
I won't lie. It says a lot about someone (or multiple someones) who feel the need to counter every single negative thread with their own as a polar opposite. It reeks of insecurity.
But anyway, I think for me the best part was Elpis. It was neat seeing old characters again (as well as new ones) and at least a small part of an ancient world we would have never gotten to see otherwise, as shoehorned as the time traveling mechanics were.

Is he REALLY dead though?....idk Im not 100% convinced he died out there.
He will return....please? ;_;
And I agree with @Carin-Eri, I loved Zenos.
How very dare you....
In From the Cold's ending. Few games have given me a visceral urge to rip out a character's throat as much as that did.
Okay - whilst I'll respect your opinion I do have to ask what that would acheive? He already outdid the main character, several times in fact:I also liked Zenos a lot at the end but for me they missed the fight, first of all it's a fight you can't lose it's pathetic and insulting I really wanted a big fight against him and also I would have liked him to win but not to finish us off so we both fall down from exhaustion it would have been really cool to see him outdo the main character but well...
I mean, the first time we fought Zenos he absolutely wiped the floor with the WoL - 'our' first true defeat
The second time we fought him he humiliated the WoL but it wasn't quite the cakewalk that the first fight was.
Third time we fought him it wasn't really him, and whilst we fought him to a stalemate, the fight might have ended differently had the Crystal Exarch hadn't chosen that moment to reach out
And the point was that the WoL was improving with each fight; Zenos recognised this and it was why he was so eager for a rematch.

I'm sorry but you can't understand if you're not a man I'm not saying that to be mean but you have to admit that only a man can understandOkay - whilst I'll respect your opinion I do have to ask what that would acheive? He already outdid the main character, several times in fact:
