It isn't possible for parents to be there 24/7 and personal responsibility does not suddenly go out the window just because someone would rather engage in erotic roleplay with strangers instead of taking the time to figure out if they're actually consenting adults or not.

I think a lot of people in this game's community will be in for quite the shock in the coming years if the internet and their activities throughout it become more tightly controlled, tracked and tied to some sort of 'social credit' system.

Something which may or may not happen though is certainly dangled as a possibility by those who desire it - and I guarantee that the creepy behaviour in online games/chat rooms will be exactly what is exploited to encourage the masses to go along with such systems.
