Here is the thing they removed for a reason. For me i more mad at the fact they didn't tell us the reason for it and gave nothing in return for it. It has taken them four expansions to realize that they needed to explain the reasoning behind the changes to the player base

I find it quiet endearing how the FF14 forums attempt logic, reason and niceties when dealing with trolls, it's what I like about you guys, but let's get back to reality shall we? The reason this clown is trolling you guys is because before the change his parses where low, his midares would drift and he would fumble his kaitens because of poor kenki management. He's being smug post changes because now he can finally play baby's first SAM. He's lashing out because deep inside he was kaitenless before kaiten was removed.

SAM's showing kaitenless behavior should not be acknowledged.

Just sayian they may have or may not study the blade like the rest of us :P

I would be careful. You could get the " Hammer " treatment by refuting a troll-poster with factual Samurai main feedback quotes, experiences, and valid argument points. Wish I was joking, unlike some around here... I sadly am not.

SE perhaps is catering to the demographic of lesser performing players. By some posts, it's quite clear who the target audience were for the terrible SAM 6.1 changes. SE's neglectfulness to even respond for over 4 months to any feedback that has been requested is as neglectful as how poorly the Forum is being moderated to filter out instigating posts and threads that have the intention to rile up other forum players. Evidently.

It's all he has, because it's not like he can accomplish much else without everything being dumbed down hard enough to the point where even a drunk, blindfolded monkey bashing the keyboard in a rage can play a class that wasn't that difficult to begin with. He'll go on failing and possibly demand the combos be wrapped into one button to make it even easier to play and still fail miserably like he always has.

Actually thinking about it, he has his victimhood farce on the forums as well. Couldn't forget that. Still find it funny you could pretend you're not a troll after threads like this.

Four long months is an actual long time for SE to neglect actual Samurai Feedback, which is about around the same time how long we have been trolled by posters that genuinely do not care and openly admit in their posts with the intention to just rile up players.

If we truly want to validate Good Job Design, let the opinion come from a place of Experience. And if the opinion of a player has nothing to show? we can almost assume lack of Experience behind it.

Look no further in several peoples posts where Zero points are made other then a TLDR of " suck it " posts to Samurai's.

Nothing about Kaiten's interactions, or the Tenka Goken change, how it affected them in say Dungeons or Fates, how much slower they are doing it because that did hurt our AoE damage output and speed, the Auto Crit changes and how it affected their Savage raiding or Raiding in general. Or how 6.08 or 6.0 or 5.5 or any other patch they played in with comparisons in gameplay difference to 6.1. it's completely empty. There's also near 0 Samurai mains quoted as a validation to any of the posts to support any non-existing points the posters are making.

Nothing but bashing for 4 months. And that's just on the Samurai topic, let alone what they do with other topics in other subsections.

The only argument point brought forth by many posters like these have been

• Kaiten was just a button
• Just take a horrible change and accept it
• But you perform well

If that's what these trolling posters Feedback amounts to? you're welcome to defend that by all means.

By invalidating Samurai Main opinions? with nothing but spamming " just suck it " posts as an argument point? and also not playing Samurai to give Samurai opinions that aren't even accurate? is very disrespectful, very insulting in many ways and very dismissive.

I have it set to private for the same reason I don't stream when raiding because people don't need to be seeing names of my static members. Even if they have their fflog set to private if you went to another member that didn't have private logs you could see their numbers through another log.

It shows that he barely plays the job. Skill level isn't even a factor when you play SAM so infrequently that you don't even have any normal raid parses that a rando uploaded. We question the validity of his opinion because, really, how much does this guy ACTUALLY play SAM? I would never claim to know better than people who main DRG, AST, SCH, DRK, PLD, etc. Because I don't play them often enough (or at all) to be able to grok anything about their job design and what would be best for their game-feel.

Feel free to look up my parses btw, in case you think I need them to be allowed to point out this guy's lack of SAM play time. They aren't exactly stellar, but pretty alright considering how late in the tier I started, and my lack of dedicated parse runs. Even have a couple purples which is neat.
