Will Tonberry get congested if all English speaker of all JP server visit it?

My plan after this maintenance is to visit Tonberry since it's the main hub for English speaker, but dunno if it's a good idea since probably other English speaker also gonna give a visit.

What you guys think?

Can I ask you a question? If OCE were open to visit, would you consider going there instead? why/why not?
