Thanks for the link, but I've stated multiple times already: I've checked every ward from 1-24 on Plot 42, as I was only sure on the plot I bid on. To rule out a problem from my side and a case of bad memory, I thus checked every ward. I will open a similar ticket in technical support though.

I suggest going to the plot in question again and trying to obtain the refund again, so you have a fresh timestamp you can point to for the developers to check up on.

Jesus... I feel so stupid right now. I was at the right placard, in the right ward and the right plot. But on the wrong character. I've got a twink who's the actual FC leader, with which I made the bid. I only ever play my main character.

Bug reports are a one-way communication about something that's borked in-game. Though the devs would eventually look into the issue via your report here, no one will respond to you personally or work to specifically resolve your issue.

That isn't actually true. You do get a response in the support desk and are sometimes asked for more information. I don't know if this always happens but it does happen.
