I play hrothgar because I enjoy being a big lion man. It's not our fault that the Devs only managed to make one or two good faces for a race. The Kimahri face got bonked with a hammer to fit in the 'new' garbage hairstyles and the Coeurl face is underutilized because it's a niche aesthetic.

That and y'know, the base hairstyles being a Manbun and a discount Mullet... It's not exactly what one thinks when they think 'Lion Man'.


Plus... Again...

I was a Miqote for Arr, HW, SB, and Half of ShB...got bored of being a cute OwO Neko Catgirl like everyone else and wanted a REAL Beast Race.
So now I want to be a Fierce and Badass Lioness....but I gotta wait till next expansion probably...so now Im a Badass FemRoe
Honestly, I like this form better, wish I made the switch earlier in my life.

Cats with meat whiskers and spikes for eyebrows have very niche aesthetic appeal. Khimari after being abused by Mario Party's Face Lift too.

That's why the majority of Hrothgar use the same two faces.

I think its mostly because the 1st 2 faces look like normal Lions. One a Fierce Lion, the other a Soft Lion.
The Coreul face isnt bad looking, but its not gonna have wide appeal, even without the whiskers the head is kinda...small I guess.
Then the Khimari face isn't bad, but not everyone wants to look like Khimari as a Beast race.
