Come on SE, why haven't you figured this out yet? Bringing down the servers on a holiday for a major portion of your subscriber base is very uncool.

It's a American holiday, not a Japanese holiday; they aren't going to observe holidays outside of Japan.

That seems to be the average american's holiday now. But hey, i'm sure it was the ground we are standing on that caused this mess and not the "leaders" who are trying their darnest to make the USD worthless while reminding us to feel bad for this or that, lol.

Tbf, many folks are having an awful hard time mustering up the will to "celebrate" this country, especially for its "freedoms," after recent events..

By all means, tho, blowing things up is an appropriate activity.
