That's actually a pretty neat idea for a Limited Job: "Magitek Pilot", "G-Pilot" or just "Pilot".
With the main bulk of its content being fights using the mecha... And maybe even pvp fights at that.
They said that they had some ideas for the G-Warrior so we might see it again in the future.
Some player speculation at the time was
It would be given to Arenvald to allow him join in combat again. Not certain that's the direction they're going with him considering the EW healer role quest.
I look forward to it.
The G Warrior is just so cool.

I'd love more dungeons to have ideas like the magitek armor from Praetorium and some trials or raids that involve using machines like the G-Warrior. The closest we've got to that which I remember are A2 and O6.
In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."

honestly i wouldn't mind a mini side zone thats based on g warrior and "testing it" in a virtual zone. since we have multiple ways of entering virtual zones now between the omnicron and omega. it could be as the story progressed that even tho the mech was successful at tackling all sorts of battles. it ate too much aether around the virtual zone meaning it wouldn't be feasible to mass produce these like the garleans tried with their mechs or we'd risk eorzeas aether supply

There are many things stuff like G-Warrior could be used, stuff like instance exploring, flight mode, dungeons, PvP...
I wonder this could be part of a chain side quest
Just do not be a random cash mount
