Personally no I would rather not have instanced housing. But if that is the only way to get everyone a house who wants one then I say they should have instanced.

A whole host of improvements should have already been made.

Apartment should have already been given the option for larger versions & styles to accommodate player left out of housing proper. (Loft, town house, balcony inclusion, studio, ect..)

Smaller homes should have had extras placed in them to make them more popular due to not only the scarcity of Mansions & medium plots but also to make them stand out a little more. (Attics, basement expansions, more floors, ect...)

I only said that from a hypothetical standpoint, we are not getting instance housing any time soon. I mean, we are still waiting for that lv 80 blu update among other things. The current dev team has a nasty habit of leaving things half finished or at least feel like a concept rather than something meaningful (Eureka, Blu, Lords of Vermillion, ect.). Because of that I seriously doubt we will get instance housing for a good while. The dark part of my mind thinks that if we were to get instance housing it would be a mogstation "perk" since SE is an indie studio and servers are expensive so said server costs have to come from somewhere... :^)

You probably aren't wrong here in any way, unfortunately. To be fair though, ESO housing has houses you can straight up buy, but they are yours after that, so I guess the worth is highly dependent on the individual.

Yeah, it really isn't. I hate their cash shop. I'm just saying that others do it, not that they do it well. lol If SE were to do so, though I'd rather they didn't, I'd hope it wouldn't be THAT expensive.
