If you are using their logic, US as strongest nation on this Earth with most advanced medical technology and accumulated wealth, why are they not offering free Public Health care to their citizen who is paying tax?

The level of mental gymnastics you will do to rationalize and justify every single thing wrong about this game and how the devs are handling it, and try to spin it on being the players' own fault instead every single time, is genuinely impressive.
